The examination fee for students from the General or Unreserved category is Rs 1,500 while students under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) quota and those from Other Backward Class non-creamy layer (OBC-NCL) category will have to pay Rs 1,400 when applying for NEET 2020.

The fees for students under the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Persons with Disabilities and Transgender Persons category will have to pay Rs 800 for registration.

NEET 2020 eligibility criteria for qualifying examination
As per the basic NEET 2020 eligibility criteria , it is mandatory for aspirants to pass Class 12 qualifying examination with an aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) for general category. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC must secure a minimum of 40%, while Persons with Disability (PwD) must obtain 45% only. Candidates who have completed their higher education abroad must have passed the qualifying exam with 50% taken together in Chemistry, Physics and Biology.

Email Id  Enter the captcha  Click on “Preview and Next”  Check the information provided and click on “Next”  Set a password and select a security question  Note these for future reference  Click on “OTP Verification”  You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number  Enter OTP in the space provided  Click on “Submit”  A provisional application number will be displayed on the screen  Note down the application number for future reference
Step 2: Apply online for NEET 2020  Click on “Click here to login”  Login using the application number and password  The NEET application will open on your screen  Details entered during the registration process will be pre-filled in the application and cannot  be changed
